it is very important to check your email
Especially true for our customers / the ones who register + order at www.sparksdirect.co.uk - our communications with you is mainly via email! Many times we need to send you important notifications / updates, like:
- please confirm your billing address (which is also your shipping address);
- please confirm if you agree with some changes made to your order;
- processing - the order you placed on our website will take XXX number of days to be delivered to you;

the shipping details for your order, including:
- your consingment number;
- the date when the delivery is made;
- the link where you can check your parcel's itinerary;
- more info about the items/order; - your payment was declined by the bank(you will have to confirm your card details);
- please confirm if these are the items you really want to order(in case some items are in different finishes);
and other information regarding the items you ordered that will interest you - for all these, you need to check your email - and if you didn't get an email from us, then check your Spam folder or your Deleted Items(sometimes the emails from companies go there automatically)!
I know it sounds "redundant" to say it, but many times when customers call us regarding the updates on their order, we just tell them to check their email + we re-send the email we sent them last time.... - don't worry, we won't send you "spam emails" - we respect your privacy & do our best to send you emails that WE would like to receive if WE would be the ones ordering on our website.
